He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Joseph, Mae Westfall, William and Louise Banes; and his siblings-in-law, Earl, Delores Riggan and Amy Schneider.

He is survived by: his parents, Harley Westfall and Karen Westfall (Banes) of Riverside; his wife Kris Riggan of Riverside; his children, Jordan Westfall (Mika) of Cedar Rapids and Abigail LaRoche (Dan) of Riverside; his grandchildren, Emery, Audra, Reagan, Maryn and Ryker Bradley; and his siblings, Deb Stewart (Eric) of Riverside and Rodney Westfall (Phillis) of Iowa City.

A memorial has been established for future use within the community in Brad's memory.
