He is survived by: his wife Kathlene "Kate" Johnson of Rippey; his son Shawn Johnson (Chelsea) of Adair; and his siblings, William "Bill" Johnson (Lori) of Frederic, Michael "Mike" Johnson Sr. (Chris) of Grayling, Michigan and Sharon Johnson of Homosassa, Florida. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
