He is survived by: his wife Barb; his children, Jean Hennings (Joe Sifuentes), Mark and Tony Hennings; his grandchildren, Madison, Caiden, Gabrielle, Slade, Dakota, Quinn and Gunner; and his siblings, Dennis Hennings (Sharon), Dorinda Waldschmidt, Paulette Smith and Sally Rice.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Gunderson Funeral Home & Cremation Services (615 N 15th St, Fort Dodge, IA 50501). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 18th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Gunderson Funeral Chapel (1615 N 15th St, Fort Dodge, IA 50501). A graveside service was held on Friday, April 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Cedar Cemetery.
