He is survived by: his parents, Leonard Kuboushek and Elizabeth "Betty" Kuboushek (Moellers) of Spillville; his wife Kristi Kleitsch of Calmar; his children, Easton (Kristina) of Polk City, Sawyer (Karli) of Waukee, Kendal (Cam) of La Crosse, WI, Landers (Joclyn) of Madrid and Manning of San Antonio, TX; his grandsons, Knox, Banks and Otto; his siblings, Chad (Cathy) of Ridgeway, Michelle Lensing (Rod) of Calmar and Denise Huber (Tim) of Hudson; and his mother-in-law Betty Kleitsch of Fairbank. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
