He was predeceased by: his father-in-law Orville Kleitsch. He is survived by: his parents, Leonard Kuboushek and Elizabeth "Betty" Kuboushek (Moellers) of Spillville; his wife Kristi Kleitsch of Calmar; his children, Easton (Kristina) of Polk City, Sawyer (Karli) of Waukee, Kendal (Cam) of La Crosse, WI, Landers (Joclyn) of Madrid and Manning of San Antonio, TX; his grandsons, Knox, Banks and Otto; his siblings, Chad (Cathy) of Ridgeway, Michelle Lensing (Rod) of Calmar and Denise Huber (Tim) of Hudson; and his mother-in-law Betty Kleitsch of Fairbank. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A rosary was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 3:45 PM at the St. Wenceslaus Catholic Church (207 Church St, Calmar, IA 52132). Visitation was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location. A vigil service was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
