He is survived by: his parents, Travis Mondia of Richland and Shannon Dyer Mondia (Justin) of Ottumwa; his siblings, Owen Jensen of Ottumwa, Ryan Clark of Ottumwa, Delaney Mondia of Des Moines and Audrey Clark of Ottumwa; his aunts and uncles, Davin Mondia (April) of Fairfield, Derek Dyer of Ottumwa and Chris Mondia of Richland; his cousins, Dagin and Micah of Fairfield; and his grandparents, Finley Mondia of Richland, Reta Mondia of Fairfield, James and Florence Clark of Ottumwa.
