He was predeceased by: his son Scott Wayne Bottolfson; his parents, Melvin Peter Bottolfson and Elva Hillebrandt; his siblings, Darel, Glen Bottolfson and Marilyn Klingensmith; and his nieces, Jean Getzie (McKahan), Karla Colegrove (Klingensmith) and Karen Brunkhorst (Klingensmith).
He is survived by: his daughters, Tricia Rotta (Mike) of Faribault, MN and Angela McKenna (Bottolfson) of Riceville, IA; his grandchildren, Ashley of Faribault, MN, Logan of Faribault, MN, Brandon Rotta of Faribault, MN, Jasmin McKenna of Colorado, Courtney Reicks (Brian) of Riceville, IA, Marissa McKenna of Riceville, IA and Riley McKenna of Riceville, IA; his great grandchildren, Kaden, Elliana Reicks and McKenna Jo Rollie; and his siblings, Joyce McKahan of River Falls, WI and Lonny Bottolfson of River Falls, WI. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
