It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Esther Shoger of Riceville, Iowa, who passed away on December 2, 2020, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Milhan and Agnes Milhan (Bunston); her husband Marvin Shoger; her grandson Bryan Shoger; her children-in-law, Nancy Rassman and Lee Parson; and her siblings, Harold, Ralph Milhan, Leona Arndt and Anna Mae Marvin.
She is survived by: her sister Mary Lou; her former husband Wayne Rassman; her children, Betty Bruesewitz of Rosemount, MN, Dorothy Parson of Charles City, IA, Dennis Rassman of Forest City, IA, James Rassman of North Mankato, MN and Larry Shoger of Las Vegas, NV; her sister Mary Carnicle of Manchester, IA; her sisters-in-law, Norma Shoger of Riceville, IA and Ardis Orthel of Springfield, MO; her brother Eugene; her sisters-in-law, Francis Rassman and Betty Buss (Rassman) of Claremont, MN; and her brothers, Gordon (Gladys Rassman) and Bobby Rassman of Saranac, NY. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren.
