He is survived by: his wife Karen (Gaffey); his daughter Kristian of McIntire; his sister Sharon; his brother-in-law Keith Johnson of Madrid, IA; his niece Michelle Burmeister (Ned) of Des Moines, IA; and his nephew Darren Johnson (Kim) of Polk City, IA. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, great-great nieces, and cousins.
