She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard Costello and Anna Costello (Arens); her husband Norman Melver; and her brothers, John Costello (Marlene), Jim Costello (Wanda) and Bernard Costello.
She is survived by: her children, Debra Good (Steve) of Cresco, David Melver (Wendy) of Cresco and Dalynn Melver of Cresco; her grandchildren, Nicki Kleve (Curt), Roczen, Cayson, Danyelle Good (Andrew Kulish), Jazamae, Tyson, Ayla, Taylor Kirschbaum (Alex), Austin, Bridger, Harper, Kassidy Jones (Darius), Jurnee, Azarah, Zanden, Kyle Balk (Liz), Braxten, Isabella, Brittany Balk (Justin Cavnar), Jayden, Travis Balk (Aubrey), Tylor and Avery; and her pet Zoey.
