She was predeceased by: her parents, James Sayre and Phyllis Sayre; her siblings, James Sayre and Mary Fox; and her sister-in-law Nancy Sayre.
She is survived by: her husband Joe; her children, Amy Mooney (Robert Lennihan) and Rodd Mooney (Stacy) of Humboldt; her grandson Isaiah Mooney of Des Moines; her children, Quinn Mooney of Ames and Samson Mooney of Humboldt; her in-laws, Toni Ridgway (Gene), John Sayre (Patrice), Dick Sayre, Bob Sayre, Jerry Sayre (Stephanie), Peg Johnson (Lee), Jan Barrett (Steve), Jo Johnson (Gary), Anna Sayre (Shelley Tiffany) and Paul Sayre; and her siblings-in-law, Kitty Sayre and Richard Fox. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 5th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Humboldt Community Center (607 1st Ave S, Humboldt, IA 50548). A memorial service was held on Sunday, January 5th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
