The passing of Ramona Markman of Renwick, Iowa, born in Fort Dodge, Iowa leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on October 21, 2024 at the age of 74. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald R. Aure and Grace Aure (Janssen); and her brother Ronald. She is survived by: her husband Roger A. Markman of Renwick; her sons, Ben Markman (Tasha) of Brandon and Matthew Markman (Cassie) of Sioux Falls; her grandchildren, Hannah, Austin, Sam and Jett; her siblings, Robert Aure (Shirley) of Spirit Lake and Becky Waggoner (Mike) of Hinckley; her mother-in-law Vivian Markman of Humboldt; and her pet Cleo. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 24th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Renwick Community Center. A funeral service was held on Friday, October 25th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the St. Paul's Lutheran Church (206 Gillespie St, Renwick, IA 50577). A burial was held on Friday, October 25th 2024 at the Vernon Township Cemetery.
