Marie Bunk Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marie Bunk of Renwick, Iowa, who passed away on January 6, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Eekhoff and Marie Eekhoff (Eenhuis); her husband Chris; and her sisters, Viola Eliason, Edna Peterson, Mildred Engh, Janet Baack, Sally and Kathy Jo.
She is survived by: her former spouse Christian A. Bunk; her children, Samuel Bunk of Renwick and Lisa Bunk of Edmonds, Washington.; her grandson Ethan Moore of Pearland, Texas.; her sisters, Ella Josten of Ventura, Ida Eekhoff of Kanawha and Lois Ward (Doug) of Cedar Rapids; and her siblings-in-law, Alice Heitland of Thornton, Don Eliason, Norman "Tex" Peterson, Don Engh, Dorance Baack, Calvin Josten, Bill Fischer, Roger Heitland and Maxine Fischer. She is also survived by Numerous nieces and nephews, grand nieces and nephews and cousins, and especially her beloved dog, Buddy.
