He was predeceased by: his parents, Emil Loutsch and Rose Loutsch (Hunt); his wife Joan Goebel; his grandchildren, Amy Lynn Loutsch and Kevin Ortmann; his great grandchild Gabrielle Pick; his son-in-law Walter Brummer; and his siblings, Orville Loutsch, Robert Loutsch, Ronald Loutsch (Lorna), Jerome Loutsch, William Loutsch (Rose) and Dorothy Kilker (Robert).
He is survived by: his children, Suzanne Brummer of Denison, IA, Joyce Pick (Thomas) of LeMars, IA, Connie Ortmann (Randy) of Remsen, IA, Marian Wess (Jim) of LeMars, IA and Charles Loutsch (Kim) of LeMars, IA; his sister Mary Wells (Ben) of Cherokee, IA; and his sister-in-law Wilma Loutsch of Dysart, IA.. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 33 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be directed to the family for a cause to be decided at a later date.
