She was predeceased by: her parent Terry Roder; her husband Melvin Koch; her brothers, Joseph Ortmann, Donald Ortmann, Rev. William Ortmann and Dr. Louis Ortmann; and her siblings-in-law, Charlotte Koch, Minnie Schmitt (Koch), Eileen Ortmann, Sandra Ortmann and Alfred Schmitt.
She is survived by: her children, Gene Koch (Diane), Paula Roder (Marvin) of Sioux City, IA, Joanne Jahn (Dave) of Sioux City, IA, David Koch (Lori) of Elkhorn, NE, Mary Klein (Tom) of Waukee, IA and Jim Koch (Stephanie) of Lake Ozark, MO.; her sister-in-law Betsy Ortmann of Festus, MO.; and her grandsons, Steve Roder, Mike Koch, Dan Koch, Jeff Roder, Andrew Koch, Zachary Koch, Mitchell Klein and Hunter Koch. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.
