We are sad to announce that on February 6, 2023, at the age of 64, Floyd Allen Learing of Remsen, Iowa, born in Yankton, South Dakota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph E. Learing and Olive M. Learing (Nielson); his son Jonathon Learing; his brothers, Jim, Merlyn, Robert and Donald Learing; his siblings-in-law, Ronald Goeken and Judy Learing of Harrisburg, SD; and his nephews, Darrin and Danny.
He is survived by: his wife Ro Shiel of Remsen; his children, Alicia Peters (Matt) of Burleson, TX, Blaine Learing (Amber Walding) and Wyatt Learing of Remsen, IA; his daughter-in-law Jane Learing; his siblings, Gloria Kindopp (Larry) of Sioux Falls, SD, Dennis Learing of Sioux Falls, SD, Ardis Moen (Dan) of Scottsdale, AZ, Mary Anderson (Perry) of Coleville, WA and Greg Learing (Dawn) of Sioux Falls, SD; and his sisters-in-law, Susie Learing of Irene, SD and Sandra VanBeek of Irene, SD. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, numerous nieces & nephews.
