It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dwayne F. Douvia of Remsen, Iowa, who passed away on August 7, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Douvia and Caroline Douvia (Reker); his wife Darlene Hanno; his grandson Tyler Douvia; his parents-in-law, Earl and Ceila Hanno; his sisters, Donna Hey and Jeanine Veach; and his siblings-in-law, Lois Hanno, Phyllis Wendt (Fran) and Eugene Moran.
He is survived by: his children, Dianne Porr (Steve) of Omaha, NE, Dean Douvia (Kellie) of Remsen and Darrell Douvia of Remsen; his grandchildren, Trish Harms (Nick), Travis Douvia (Lexi), Anna Douvia, Katie Douvia, Alex Porr, Josh Hill (Courtney) and Joseph Schuttpelz (Ashley); and his siblings-in-law, Ralph Veach of Derby, KS, Jim Hanno of Sanborn, IA and Donna Faye Moran. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
