We are sad to announce that on October 28, 2021, at the age of 64, Debra Kay Deboer of Remsen, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Patrick Kelley and LaVonne Kelley (Schuchard); her daughter Karissa Rigsby; and her brothers, Mike and Tim Kelley.
She is survived by: her husband Timothy Jerrold DeBoer Sr.; her children, Timothy Patrick, Sarah DeBoer (Joe Galles) of LeMars, IA and Timmy DeBoer of Sioux City, IA; her grandchildren, Bailey, Hunter, Madison, Jaylynn, Merritt and AuHbrey; her great grandchild Alea; her stepdaughters, Mindy Kjar of Sergeant Bluff, IA and Heather Hinkel of LeMars, IA; her siblings, Pat Kelley of Kingsland, TX, Steve Kelley of Le Mars, IA, Bev Kuiken (Brad) of Le Mars, IA, Kathy Kelley of Remsen, Karen Miller of Le Mars, IA and Jamie Kelley of Le Mars, IA; and her sister-in-law Donna Kelley of Remsen, IA. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
