He is survived by: his wife Jeanne Gengler of Remsen; his children, Jenn Herold (Keith) of Fort Atkinson, IA, Tony Harpenau (Deb) of Salix, IA, Chad Harpenau (Jill) of Le Mars, IA and Melissa Jensen (Jeremy) of Remsen, IA; his siblings, Jerry Harpenau (Marlene) of Remsen, IA, Florine Majeres (Duane) of Remsen, IA and Ruth Heath (Steve) of Plymouth, MN; his sister-in-law Janice Harpenau of Remsen, IA; and his parents-in-law, Bob Gengler (Marilyn) of Oyens, IA, Rick Gengler (Renee) of Port Orchard, WA and Lynnette Miller of Le Mars, IA. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren.
