She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Strathman and Irma Strathman (Howder); and her daughters, Pigeon Schorg and Robin Sturges (Chuck). She is survived by: her husband Dick Gengler of Remsen; her daughter Tracy Ellensohn of Sioux Falls, SD; her stepchildren, Erin Blankenship (John) of Hawarden, IA and Kevin Gengler (Amber) of Remsen, IA; her siblings, Connie Frankhauser (Richard) of Cedar Falls, IA, Julie Strathman of Columbus, NE and Curt Strathman (Pricilla) of Le Mars, IA; and her sister-in-law Judy Scheitler (Bill) of Le Mars, IA. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren.
Visitation open to the PUBLIC with family present, keeping to social distancing restrictions will be 1 hour prior to the funeral on Wednesday at Christ Lutheran Church LCMS.
