It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bonnie Borchers of Remsen, Iowa, who passed away on November 1, 2020, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Nilles and Julia Nilles (Luken); her siblings, Thomas Nilles, Carol Lang (Dick) and Jim Nilles; her brother-in-law Elmer Klein; and her nephew Tommy Nilles.

She is survived by: her husband Harlan Borchers; her children, Harlan Lee Borchers (Kristen) of Council Bluffs, Julie Holck (Mark) of Le Mars, Robbie Borchers (Bobbie) and Bradley Borchers (Pam) of Sioux City, Iowa; her grandchildren, Benjamin Borchers, Christopher Borchers (Sandra), Brian Ogle (Matt), Jacob Holck, Nathan Holck, Brittany Yardley (Michael), Brandon Borchers, Alex Borchers, Ashley Borchers, ReAnn Merrill, Alyssa Borchers and Natalie Merrill; her siblings, Jan Klein of Le Mars, Diana Brown (Glenn) of Sioux Falls, Dan Nilles (Sandra) of Le Mars, Nancy Brown (Charlie) of Brandon and Gene Nilles (Myra) of Sioux Falls; and her sisters-in-law, Veronica Borchers of Le Mars, Clara Hunter (Ron) of Le Mars and Jean Nilles of Granville, Iowa. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
