He is survived by: his children, Mark Volkens (Diana) and Jane Sass (Jack); his grandchildren, Melissa Blohm (Tyler), Andy Sass (Angie) and Kristin Macri (Mike); and his great grandchildren, Alexis, Willow Volkens, Tyson, Dustin Blohm, Cael, Mason, Cameron Macri, John, Elsie Jo and Luke Sass.
