He is survived by: his wife Janice; his children, Debra Herrmann (Richard) of Mt. Vernon, IA, Barry Ehrig (Tina) of Grundy Center and Melinda Ehrig of Cedar Falls; his brother Gerald Ehrig (Margaret) of Reinbeck, IA; and his grandchildren, Sam, Sean, Connor, Kaitlynn and Emily.
