He is survived by: his wife L. Linn Neal; his sons, Allen Neal (Tawnya) and Tony Neal (Lori); his grandchildren, Miranda Neal (Aaron Brown), Sydney Neal (Ethan Pote) and Daxton Neal; his great grandchild Bennett Brown; his half-brother Charles Raines (Flossie); his uncle Lyle Hildebrand, Jr.; and his aunt Joyce Kline. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the family.
