With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Marlys Petersen of Reinbeck, Iowa, born in Malcom, Iowa, who passed away on March 15, 2021 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edna Mae Meldrum and Ernest Story; and her son Darryl. She is survived by: her husband Larry Petersen (Buck) of Reinbeck; her daughter Lori; her son-in-law Dave; her children, Craig and Linda; her son-in-law James of Phoenix, AZ; her grandchildren, Sarah, Jake, Travis, Candyce, Jackie, Michael, Drew, Jasmine, Rhianne, Ashleigh, Logan, Olivia, Bella, Porter and Cooper; and her great grandchildren, Reagan, Noelle and Penny. She is also survived by friends and extended family.
