He was predeceased by: his stepson Scott Birdsell. He is survived by: his former wife Elizabeth Cox; his sons, Jerry Michael, Jr. and Brian Wade of Wichita; his wife Phyllis Wiles Birdsell; his children, Seattle of Washington and Davalyne Wilson of Wichita; his stepchildren, Mike Botkin, Sam Birdsell of Altoona, William Bernice (Bridget Ford) and Phylliss (Sam Keaton); and his grandchildren, Kelsey, Chesney, Brian Jr., Samantha, Ashley, Aaron, Truman Jacob, Tori, Sirein and Thysie.
