She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerald "Jigs" and Ethel Campbell; her sister Carol Tollefson; her husband William "Bill" Lowe; and her daughter Deb Lowe Creswell.
She is survived by: her sister Kathy of Cedar Falls; her son Scott W. Lowe; her grandchildren, Matt Lowe of Omaha, NE, Adam Lowe of Cedar Rapids, IA, Tyler Anderson of Mt. Zion, IL, Ross Anderson of Johnstown, CO and Patricia Gramer of Rockford, IL; her great grandchildren, Asher Lowe, Judah Lowe, Thurston Lowe, James Anderson, Campbell Gramer, Cole Gramer and Christian Gramer; and her son-in-law Bill Creswell.
