He is survived by: his wife Diane Peet; his children, Matt Clark (Sheila) of Eldora, Iowa and Amy Clark of Reinbeck, Iowa; his grandchildren, Skyler Clark (Katelyn) of Ackley, Brady Clark (Courtney) of Altoona and Sadie Clark (Connor Ryan) of Wellsburg, Iowa; his great grandchildren, Emma, Bailey, Rhett and Chloe; and his siblings, Roger Clark, Jim Clark (Brenda), Larry Clark (Elizabeth), Betty Schurman (Robert), Rhonda Clark, Glenda Clark (Joe Ferch), Sharon Jacques (Rob) and Dawn Coates (Craig). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
