He was predeceased by: his parents, John Tscherter and Ruth Tscherter; his son Roger; his wife Estella Burris; his brother Jim; and his children, Jeff Tscherter and Donna Johnson.
He is survived by: his daughters, Cathy Wade and Nancy Boehm; and his stepchildren, Steven Burris (Carol) and Connie Burris (George Hall). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren; two great-great granddaughters.
