With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dean Frederick Avenson of Reinbeck, Iowa, who passed away on December 21, 2020 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Egbert Avenson and Albertina Avenson (Lindberg); his wife Ardis Hurst Avenson; his children, Bonita Wollin (Curt), Kenneth Avenson (late RaeJean) and Rebecca Hicok (late Ronald); and his sister Eunice. He was also cherished by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and many more family members.
