He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Sr. Schick and Erna Schick (Fischer); and his siblings, John, Richard, Darlene, Earl, Pearl and Lois.
He is survived by: his wife Peggy Cheeseman of John's Lutheran Church; his sons, Mike (Jennifer), Scott (Kathy), Don and Curt Schick (Julie); and his siblings, Robert, Henry Schick, Jean Newton, Joan Fogt (Jack) and Lavonne Hougen. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren.
