She was predeceased by: her parents, William Criswell and Dorothy Criswell (Dickenson); her brother Brian; her sisters-in-law, Cindy Criswell and Jane Criswell; her nephew Patrick Criswell; and her granddaughter Kylie Hock.
She is survived by: her husband Richard R. Mulligan; her children, Darren Mulligan (Tammi) of Dysart, Valerie Plaehn (Matt Kerr) of Allison and Michelle Walters (Neal) of Reinbeck; her brothers, Dick Criswell of Tennessee and Ron Criswell (Bev) of West Liberty; her grandchildren, Preston Gibbons (Allison), Kayla Schlotterback (Karl), Mariah Fuller (Jeremy), Alivia Mulligan, Tabitha Jamerson, Annastasia Hock (Derrick), Jacob Walters (Kiana Oldenburger) and Aidan Walters; and her great grandchildren, Nolan, Ivy Gibbons, Kyra, Koraline, Kreedence Schlotterback, Holden, Hazelyn Fuller, Nilssen Bales, Jaxon, Sophia and Aubrey Hock.
