He is survived by: his mother Rita Twogood Akers (Dennis) of Perry; his children, Keary Rae Proctor Meth, Trenity Aaron Culbertson and Patton Chandler Culbertson; his wife Heather Proctor Hoffman; his father Alan L Culbertson of Redding; his granddaughter Aspen Meth; his sisters, Synona Culbertson, Desiree Culbertson and Taishna Novak (Jason); his aunt Lyla Dawson; and his uncles, Dennis Twogood, Wesley Twogood (Diana) and Roger Twogood (Becky). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
The family asks that instead of flowers, contributions may be made to help with the expense of final arrangements, mailed to Prugh-Dunfee.
