He was predeceased by: his parents, Elder Kling and Florence Kling (Franzen); his wife Ginger Kling; his brother Kevin Kling; his nephew Cade Ryan Kling; his stepdaughter Rene Lyden; and his stepgrandson Mike Cave.
He is survived by: his sister Karen Kling-Osler of Malvern, IA; his stepchildren, Vickie Kammerer (Randy) of Council Bluffs, IA, Julie Goettsche and Robby Lukehart of Red Oak, IA; his granddaughter Emily Dillon (Cory) of Arlington, NE; his stepchildren, Jordan Goettsche (Lauren) of San Diego, CA and Katie Schrobilgen (Jon) of Cedar Rapids, IA; his great grandchildren, Brinley, Ada Dillon and Navy Rae Schrobilgen; and his nieces and nephews, Stephen Osler (Amber) of Glenwood, IA, Seth Osler of Glenwood, IA, Amber Osler of Malvern, IA, Andy Kling (Tabatha) of Red Oak, IA, Roxi Kling of Missouri, Meri Kling of Red Oak, IA and Kelsi Kling of Council Bluffs, IA. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Nelson-Boylan-LeRette Funeral Chapel, Inc. (1995 G Ave, Red Oak, IA 51566). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
