He is survived by: his wife Jean Cady of Red Oak, IA; his children, Cheryl Titus (Mike) of Sunrise Beach, MO, Debbie Martin (Steve) of Ozark, MO and Delmar Messer (Twyla) of Liberty, MO; his grandchildren, Chrissy Kellgren of Parkville, MO, Delmar Paul of Kansas City, MO, Scott Titus of Liberty, MO and Cole Titus of Kansas City, MO; and his friend JoAnn Wendt of Elliott, IA.. He is also survived by several great grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends.
