Though Randy may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Randy touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles P. Wagner and Eloise M. Wagner (Josephson); and his brother Charles E. Wagner (Chuck). He is survived by: his children, Aubrey Stuart (Grant) of Walnut and Obadiah Wagner (Obe) of Ames, Iowa; his grandchildren, Miraylie and Teague Stuart; his sister Nancy Cornelison (Gary) of Monrovia, Maryland; and his sister-in-law Jeannie Wagner of Glenwood, Iowa. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and many other relatives and friends.
