He is survived by: his children, Paula Perkins of Red Oak, IA and Stacy Perkins of Red Oak, IA; his siblings, John Perkins (MiHee), Leo Perkins (Patricia) of Gulf Port, MS, Richard Perkins (Pat) of Shenandoah, IA, Mary Rose Shedd (Paul) of Omaha, NE and Rita Kennedy (Lyle) of Tabor, IA; and his siblings-in-law, Marvin Anderson of Windermere, FL, Patricia LaRose (Ron) of Fairfield, IA, Beverly Gillespie (Don) of Red Oak, IA, Diane Stifle of Rogers, MN and Marlene Albertson of Red Oak, IA. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives and friends.
