He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Platt and Margaret Platt (Longinaker); and his siblings, Clarence Dean Platt and Jolene Johnson. He is survived by: his siblings, Sharon Malousek (LeRoy) of Aurora, NE and Michael "Mickey" Platt of Red Oak, IA; and his brother-in-law Allan Johnson of Stanton, IA. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
