With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Martha Jean Heckert of Red Oak, Iowa, who passed away on October 19, 2021 at the age of 100. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Guffey and Anna Guffey (Ford); her husband Robert Heckert; her siblings, Elizabeth, Mary Guffey, Ray Guffey (Rozella) and James "Jack" Guffey (Betty); and her nephew Jim Guffey.
She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, Ray Guffey (Sue), Rodney Guffey (Lois), Dora McCullough (Myrle), Ruth Blackmore (Jerry) and Janell Rankin (Richard). She is also survived by many great-nieces and nephews; several great-great-nieces and nephews; and her church family and friends.
