It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Laura Fern Hayes of Red Oak, Iowa, born in Creston, Iowa, who passed away on April 14, 2021, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, George H. Hayes and Bernice M. Hayes (Gourley); her daughter Cynthia Mayne; and her siblings, Leroy, Kenneth, George Jr., Warren, Evelyn and Mary Margaret.
She is survived by: her husband Lloyd Orr; her sons, Brian Orr (Cindy) of Red Oak, IA and Chris Orr (Tara) of Kansas City, KS; her grandchildren, Andrew Orr (Midori) of Omaha, NE, Courtney Orr of Omaha, NE and Zachary Orr of Red Oak, IA; and her siblings, Marilyn Westover of Red Oak, IA, Judy Wheeler of Red Oak, IA, Linda Rodgers (Greg) of Red Oak, IA, Don Hayes of Indiantown, FL, Jerry Hayes, Everett Hayes (Hazel) of Ft. Lauderdale, FL, Russell Hayes (Brenda) of Red Oak, IA and Robert Hayes (Dottie). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
