He is survived by: his wife Kitty Gage of Red Oak, IA; his stepchildren, Kim Combs (Don) of Oskaloosa, IA and Kevin Crawford of Promise City, IA; his grandchild Creighton Combs of Oskaloosa, IA; his stepchildren, Adam Crawford of Centerville, IA and Mackenzee Crawford of Centerville, IA; his siblings, Karen Taylor (Roy) of Grant, IA and Kent Gage (Mary) of Villisca, IA; his mother-in-law Mary Lou Forsythe of Ankeny, IA; and his sister-in-law Cathy White. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
