He is survived by: his pet Bear; his children, James Lewis (Debbie) of Shenandoah, IA, Robert Lewis (Ronna) of Bellevue, NE, Rodney Lewis (Rhonda) of Carroll, IA, Rebecca Marcotte of Omaha, NE and Stephen Lewis (Lou) of Clarinda, IA; and his sisters, Betty Bullington (Cecil) of Red Oak, IA, Mary Waymire (Eugene) of Hastings, IA and Sharon Mitchell (Raymond) of Corning, IA. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
