He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Mauritz Peterson and Gladys Peterson (Herman); his wife Arlene Peterson of Red Oak, IA; his sons, Mark Peterson (Melanie) of Stanton, IA, Bruce Peterson (Diane) of Baldwin City, KS and Kurt Peterson (Marann) of Des Moines, IA; his grandchildren, Matthew Peterson (Becki), Mitchell Peterson, Magnum Peterson (Kelsey), Monroe Peterson, Myles Peterson, Alyssa Crouch (Alex), Claire Dick (McKinley), Eric Peterson, Fayth Peterson, Olivia O'Bryan (Eric) and Chloe Peterson; his stepgrandchildren, Vira, Uddom and Ritthy Phan; his great grandchildren, Addi, Zak, Lilith, Barrett and Draco; his sisters, Virginia Gfeller of Junction City, KS and Lois Thayer of Overland Park, KS; and his sister-in-law Ruth Pearson (Keith) of Lincoln, NE. He was also cherished by other relatives and friends.
