She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Eugene and Joyce Irene White (Sexton); her sister Janita White; her children, Jennifer Level and David Butler; and her husband Cliff Conrad.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jana Sickels (Edward) of Red Oak, Iowa, Haley Branam of Shenandoah, Iowa and Gracie Branam of Shenandoah, Iowa; her stepdaughter Misty Spivey of Kentucky; and her sister Janelle Dewitt (Tony) of Red Oak, Iowa. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and many bonus children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
