It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joel Harlan Mayne II (Red Oak, Iowa), born in Sioux City, Iowa, who passed away on October 2, 2022, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Winfield Swift and Ann Gaynor Mayne; his wife Diane Tappen Neumann Mayne; his siblings, Mark R. Mayne, W. G. Mayne and Lyn Schmausser Albertson; his sons, Joel Harlan Mayne III and Steven Reiser Mayne; his stepsons, Walter Nicholas Neumann and Franklin Neumann; and his daughter Lauren Cynthia Mayne. He was also cherished by five grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorials are suggested to the Red Oak Heritage Foundation.
