He is survived by: his daughters, Cheri Day of Winterset, IA and Julie Bernard of Des Moines, IA; and his siblings, Dean Day (Julia) of Davenport, IA and Carol Smith (Ernie) of Gravity, IA. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
