She is survived by: her sons, Norman Hale of Red Oak, IA and Kevin Hale (Stephanie) of Red Oak, IA; her grandchildren, Mandy Knapp, Jennifer Wright (Daniel), Marissa Sherman, Erica Sherman and Lauren Thurman; and also Essex. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren; other relatives and many friends.
