He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Johnson and Margaret Johnson (Grape). He is survived by: his wife Anita Johnson of Red Oak; his son Jammie Johnson (Jennifer) of Council Bluffs, Iowa; his grandchildren, Janessa and Collin Johnson; and his brothers, Tim Johnson (Donna) of Stanton and Matt Johnson (Janine) of Essex, Iowa. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
