Worth, TX.
He is survived by: his spouses, Holly Jean Miller and Linda Swain of Red Oak, IA; his son Joseph Swain of Des Moines, IA; his stepdaughters, Jean Frank (Dusty) of Essex, IA, Elizabeth Willuhn (Chris) of Afton, IA and Lisa Thompson of Red Oak, IA; his brother Steven Swain (Nancy) of Atlantic, IA; his parents-in-law, Dorothy and Lester Bozwell of Red Oak, IA; and his nieces and nephews, Dusty Juhl of Ankeny, IA and Amanda Nidever of Fredericksburg, TX. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren.
