Bulkeley (Camille Dykstra) of Iowa City, IA; her grandchildren, Erin, Drew, Alex, Nile, Piper Quinn, Griffen Samuel, Anna and Ethan; and her sister Vicki Michaelis (Linda Hays) of Columbus, OH. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
