He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Sowers and Mary M. "Bette" Sowers (Johnson); and his brother Buck Sowers. He is survived by: his wife Connie Crowe; his children, Troy Sowers (Shar) of Warrensburg, MO, Todd Sowers (Nikki) of Red Oak, IA and Stacie Hamilton (Brad) of Bondurant, IA; his grandchild McKayla Moore (Travis) of Warrensburg, MO; his children, Malorie Weiss (Ethan) of Wentzville, MO, Logan Sowers (Naudia) of Warrensburg, MO, Tyler Sowers of Red Oak, IA, Cole Sowers of Shenandoah, IA, Rylie Hamilton and Reece Hamilton of Bondurant, IA; his great grandchildren, Emersyn, Benson, Hollisyn, Rowan, Barrett, Lincoln and Griffen; his brothers, Dewey Sowers (Marsha) of Red Oak, IA and Larry Sowers (Annie) of Arizona; and his close friend Ruth Vanderhoof of Red Oak, IA. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
